Dear members,
As organized by the CEAB and PWX, the 2nd CEAB ping pong friendly match will take place on 3 July 2015 (Friday) at 18:00 in Bounce (final).
This friendly match will include men’s singles, women’s singles and mixed doubles. Members are welcomed to register before 19 June 2015.
All member companies can register for each of the three events, however each person can only register for one event. Please contact the CEAB to help coordinate the registrations. Apart from contestants, each member company is allowed two persons to attend the ping pong party event on 3 July 2015.
In preparation of the competition, Bank of China (1 Lothbury EC2R 7DB) has provided a venue for the preliminary rounds (please bring your own ping pong paddles)
The preliminary rounds are organised as follows:
- 30 June 2015 (men’s singles) 17:30 – 20:30
- 1 July 2015 (women’s singles) 17:30-20:30
- 2 July 2015 (mixed doubles) 17:30 -20:30
